Q.
|
Can you assist me with medical tourism?
| |
A.
|
Yes we can. In fact, we refer patients to very good (American Trained) Specialists. This would include excellent dental care at 30-35% off the US Cost.

A.
|
Yes. Total Services.

Q.
|
Some of your prices seem a little high, can you explain?
| |
A.
|
Of course. When you consider the craftsmanship and time involved to create these Mexican products, we believe our prices are very reasonable. Plus insured shipping by FedEx guarantees safe delivery to your door. We gladly support these people.

Q.
|
Why is your return policy so strict?
| |
A.
|
Many Mexican artists and craft people are depending on us for their livlihood. In addition, these items are from all over Mexico and we, ourselves, would have difficulty returnning them.

Q.
|
I have a question for you since you assist people retiring to Mexico, can you give me information concerning my pets?
| |
A.
|
Yes. Mexican immigration has relaxed the rules concerning bringing domestic pets into the country. It's not the hassel it used to be. Please reply and tell us the nature of your pets. Common house pets, like dogs and cats, no problem. You will need documentation, however. We can assist you with that.

Q.
|
How can you offer so many medical, dental, alternative,
retirement information, invest in Mexico and real estate
deals?
| |
A.
|
We've lived here for thirty years and have availed our-
selves to our professionals. We know who is who, because
we bought our experience. Now, these are the best of the
best, and we know it because of our years here. We are
part of the Mexican community and part of the ex-pat
community. In short, we grew up here and personally
know and trust our service providers.

Q.
|
You say that you will pick us up at The Puerto Vallarta
International Airport, give us a quick tour and deliver
us to our choice of hotels/condos. How does this work?
Are more ambitious tours available too?
| |
A.
|
We have a fleet of new air-conditioned vehicles in daily
service. We will meet your arriving plane or even your
Cruise Ship at The Marina (three day notice, please).
Or even the new bus station, if you prefer. Since all
these are north of Centro and Zona Romantica, a
tour is simply following the main road south. Puerto
Vallarta is a walking town. But we will drive you to
and from all appointments if you choose. Also, the
average maximum taxi fare is $3.00 American. For
the most adventurous, the city bus schedules and
routes are frequent. The cost is .30 cents American.
Extensive tours are also available. Everything from
The Home Tour, The Art Walk, The Jazz Tour, specific
interest and even a tour of Elizabeth Tayor's and
Richard Burton's connecting homes. Also, many other
famous people maintain homes there. It's a great
people watching place too!
